One command, a device-code sign-in

The same flow as signing in to a TV app. No keys to copy, no tokens to paste. Three steps, and Poppy opens the tab for you.

  1. Ask Poppy to link.

    Poppy prints a 16-character code, opens trags.ai/setup in your browser, and waits. Re-runs are idempotent; you can re-link any device later.

  2. Check the code in the browser.

    The page opens showing your code. Sign in if asked, check it matches your terminal, and click Authorize Poppy.

  3. Memories sync.

    Poppy saves the key. Sync starts with your next write, or run poppy sync run to pull and push now. From here, every poppy remember reaches Trags.

One account, all your synced memories

Trags is a layer on top of Poppy, not a replacement. Everything Poppy stores locally stays yours. Trags adds sync and a dashboard for your memories.

Every memory carries which tool captured it, which session it came from, and when it was last touched. Nothing is recalled without its record.

The memories Poppy saved, now browsable

Every row is the same record Poppy wrote to disk. Expand its provenance, follow the supersede chain, edit the text, or delete it. Your other devices pick up the change on their next sync.

The Trags dashboard's Memories page: search, filters and a list of example memories, each with its type, project and source app. On a wide screen one decision is expanded to its memory ID, source session, timestamps and the memory it supersedes, and two superseded versions sit lower in the list.

Poppy works offline forever. Trags is the layer you add the day you want your collection on the network, and never before.
